1. License Types & Usage Rights

Personal Use License (Standard License)

✅ You MAY:

• Print and colour the artwork for personal enjoyment.

• Use the digital files on personal devices (e.g., tablets, iPads for digital colouring).

• Share your coloured version online (credit appreciated but not required).

• Redistribute, resell, or share the original digital files in any form.

• Use the designs for any commercial purpose, including selling printed or colored versions.

• Claim the artwork as your own.

​​Commercial Use License (Extended License – If Applicable)

A separate Commercial Use License is required for business-related uses.

✅ You MAY (With Extended License Purchase):

• Use the artwork in physical products (e.g., stickers, apparel, prints) for sale.

• Incorporate the designs into marketing materials, as long as they are not the primary product.

🚫 You MAY NOT:

• Resell the digital files in any format.

• Create derivative works that compete with the original product.

• Use the designs in print-on-demand services like Redbubble, Society6, or similar platforms.

2. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and digital products on Skulls & Roses are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of Skulls & Roses. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use without proper licensing may result in legal action.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

​

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our designs for:

❌ Mass production or resale without proper licensing.

• Any printing errors or variations in colour due to different printers or screens.

• Unauthorised misuse of our designs by third parties.

• Any legal consequences resulting from the improper use of our products.
